At Victor Vinyls, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns
   We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The item received is defective or damaged.

• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at [email protected]. Any request received after 48 hours will not be accepted.

2. Return Process
   To initiate a return:

• Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

• If approved, we will coordinate with you for the return pickup or provide further return instructions.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Refunds
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   If approved, a full refund will be processed and provided in cash upon return of the item (as our payment method is Cash on Delivery).
   Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days of return acceptance.

4. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

• Items returned without original packaging.

• Items returned after the 48-hour window.
